How do you overcome a real defect to grasp the potential of the property?

To reassure Adeline, he produces the documents evidence dtesting his statement, indicating that the work would be carried by the building’s insurance. Reassured, she was able to look at the many assets of this apartment. When questioned, she decided to bring her parents who validated her choice: the offer at the price was immediately accepted!
What adjustments have been made?
Apart from the bathroom (completely refurbished by the co-ownership), Adeline entrusted her father with improvement work. As the distribution of the apartment was optimized, it was mainly a matter of intervening (floors, walls, ceilings).
