An engineer by training, then an executive in a large corporation, client relations have always been the structuring element of my professional experiences. I decided to develop my own business offering services with the level of excellence that matches my standards. Having been a client of real estate services many times (primary residence purchases, rental investments), I often realized that the quality of service I expected was not always delivered. I became a property hunter to combine client relations and real estate. I covered central Paris, the 7th arrondissement where I lived, and the northern 16th. Buying an apartment in Paris can be a complicated process, especially if you're not from France and don’t speak the language. We were fortunate to work with Home Select, who specialize in helping international buyers through every step. She wasn’t just a real estate agent, she was a hands-on guide who made everything easier. She helped us understand different neighborhoods and what kind of property and price made sense for our needs. She arranged viewings, gave clear feedback on each option and explained local practices we wouldn’t have known otherwise. Once we found the place, she helped us select and work with a notary, handled paperwork, clarified what costs to expect and coordinated all the formal steps. After the purchase, her help didn’t stop. She assisted in getting utilities (like electricity and internet) set up, helped us find a security system, and handled many practical things you only notice after the sale. She even took care of local calls and follow-ups we couldn’t easily do ourselves. If you’re planning to buy a property in Paris and want someone who really knows how to help buyers, I can’t recommend her highly enough. It would have been very difficult without her.
