With a background in real estate and wealth management, Nathalie spent over 15 years supporting demanding clients with their financial and property projects. This expertise gave her an in-depth knowledge of the market, rigorous property analysis skills, and a keen sense of negotiation. Having lived between Paris and the Hauts-de-Seine for many years, she has an intimate knowledge of Paris's Right Bank and the sought-after towns of western Paris, from Saint-Cloud to Boulogne-Billancourt via Sèvres and Meudon. An engineer by training, then an executive in a large corporation, client relations have always been the structuring element of my professional experiences. I decided to develop my own business offering services with the level of excellence that matches my standards. Having been a client of real estate services many times (primary residence purchases, rental investments), I often realized that the quality of service I expected was not always delivered. I became a property hunter to combine client relations and real estate. I covered central Paris, the 7th arrondissement where I lived, and the northern 16th. I now focus on developing Home Select, a team of property hunters who share and apply these values of high-quality service in a real estate sector that has begun to transform.

Nous étions mitigés quant à la réussite de trouver un appartement via un chasseur, mais notre chasseur a su être à l'écoute de nos besoins, être hyper réactif sur les annonces qu'on lui envoyait et surtout, jouer de ses connaissances afin de faire valider notre dossier. Il a suffi de deux semaines pour avoir deux acceptations. Nous recommandons vivement, avec Sophie, l'utilisation d'un chasseur d'appartement dans la jungle des annonces parisiennes. Buying an apartment in Paris can be a complicated process, especially if you're not from France and don’t speak the language. We were fortunate to work with Home Select, who specialize in helping international buyers through every step. She wasn’t just a real estate agent, she was a hands-on guide who made everything easier. She helped us understand different neighborhoods and what kind of property and price made sense for our needs. She arranged viewings, gave clear feedback on each option and explained local practices we wouldn’t have known otherwise. Once we found the place, she helped us select and work with a notary, handled paperwork, clarified what costs to expect and coordinated all the formal steps. After the purchase, her help didn’t stop. She assisted in getting utilities (like electricity and internet) set up, helped us find a security system, and handled many practical things you only notice after the sale. She even took care of local calls and follow-ups we couldn’t easily do ourselves. If you’re planning to buy a property in Paris and want someone who really knows how to help buyers, I can’t recommend her highly enough. It would have been very difficult without her.
