Hiring a real estate hunter allows you to save time, benefit from the expertise of the real estate market, and access exclusive properties that are not always available to the public.
What are our real estate hunter fees?
Compensation based on success only. No administrative fees or other fees. No risk. Our fees are 2%. If the purchase price is less than €1,000,000, the fees are 2.5% with a minimum of €10,000.
Does the real estate hunter manage the administrative procedures?
Yes, the real estate hunter will guide you in the administrative procedures, from negotiating the price to the signing of the deed, including notarial procedures.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the properties offered by my agent?
The real estate hunter wants your satisfaction, however you have the option to cancel the mandate at any time without any obligation.
