An engineer by training, then an executive in a large corporation, client relations have always been the structuring element of my professional experiences. I decided to develop my own business offering services with the level of excellence that matches my standards.

Having been a client of real estate services many times (primary residence purchases, long-term wealth purchases), I often realized that the quality of service I expected was not always delivered.

Home Select is a property hunting firm founded in Paris in 2011 by Jean Mascla. Before taking on its development full time, I covered central Paris and western Paris as a property hunter.

Fifteen years on, Home Select brings together 16 property hunters, all independent agents, and has guided more than 1,200 buyers. The firm specialises in the search for prestige apartments and homes in Paris, and works for the buyer only: defining the brief, shortlisting, viewings, negotiation and follow-up through to signing at the notaire.

I now devote myself to that development, with a team that shares these standards of high-quality service, in a real estate sector that has begun to transform.

Beyond Paris

Jean lives in the Aix countryside and opens Provence himself: Home Select now conducts prestige searches across France, city by city, from Aix-en-Provence and the Provence hub .
