Here, Benjamin has a real crush on a property, close to the city center with its shops and services essential to daily life, but which breathes the countryside. Unfortunately, the property received 3 offers at the same price on the same day and the owners did not retain theirs... Véronique then suggests opening the search in Saint-Cloud and Garches. With these new geographical areas, she shows them another house. Even if they are seduced by the interior, the property, located near a major artery, is not quiet enough.
How did the apartment hunter find their crush?
Knowing Benjamin and Sophie's research, the Barnes agency contacted Véronique for a property that she considered perfect for them. Convinced, our real estate hunter immediately organizes a visit with the couple. Located in Garches, close to shops and a small weekly market, the house has a large garden with fruit trees: an air of countryside to the city! The first floor needs to be completely redeveloped: its organization requires going through a first bedroom to reach the second. But the work is not an obstacle for the couple, on the contrary.
