Did the property correspond to the original request?

Located in the 8E Arrondissement (on the edge of the 9E), the apartment depends on the Condorcet middle school/high school, while being relatively close to their current home: the location is perfect! Placed at 3E Upstairs, its Haussmannian style is enough to seduce the couple, since there are 3m20 high ceilings, beautiful parquet floors and a magnificent fireplace. As requested, it includes 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a separate kitchen (which can be semi-open).

How was the sale organized?

Upon receiving the form sent by Catherine, Louis and Rose were very enthusiastic and asked her to go do a pre-visit as soon as possible with the real estate agent. On site, even if she will manage to “steal” some photos, the current owner does not want Catherine to make videos and photos for her customers. Despite this, the couple confirmed their interest. Not everyone being in a hurry, the first visit is organized only 3 weeks later. Determined to make an offer, and taking advantage of the situation, they try to negotiate a long sale that should work out both parties: on the one hand, Louis and Rose are tenants and should only own property in the year they enroll in the school; on the other hand, the sellers have time to acquire their other property, while enjoying as long as possible current.
