How did you find the property? After how long?

After 2 weeks of research and intensive visits, the second property visited by Maxime was the right one! This property met all the search criteria and was immediately obvious for our client.

What is the description of the property found?

This apartment is located in a 1960s building typical of Montrouge, on 3E upstairs, very quiet, overlooking the courtyard. The decoration of the apartment needs to be refreshed but there is no major work to be done, Parquet floor, bright, open kitchen, fireplace.

How did the customer decide?

Romain, our real estate hunter, visits the property on Saturday morning, immediately sends his visit report, immediately calls his client to detail the property. Our real estate hunter organizes a customer visit the same Saturday at 2 p.m. After a few days of reflection, a counter-visit is made the following Friday in order to allow Maxime to be able to project himself into this apartment. Everything is carefully measured in order to think about the desired organization of the apartment. Following the advice of his real estate hunter, an offer to purchase is made at the price of 186,000 euros while the FAI sale price is 195,000. The owner makes a counteroffer at 190,000€ which is accepted by our customer!

The difficulty of this research was its urgency. The precisely qualified search criteria and the decision to choose Montrouge as a sector made it possible to find quickly. After finding the apartment, Romain did not complete his mission at all: all the condominium documents were re-read and analyzed finely. Points of attention such as the roof and the common areas still required clarifications carried out by our real estate hunter. Our client, first time buyer, had not thought about its “administrative” parts and was very happy to see them carried out by a real estate search professional.
