The property is on the 1st floor, overlooking a quiet, almost pedestrian area. Its particularity is to have a rectangular shape, with no less than 6 large windows, for a total area of 35 m². Its corner living room highlights its double orientation, while giving an impression of openness and luminosity that is extremely rare.
Entirely redone by an architect, its layout is quite judicious, it is well equipped, with a retractable bed under a platform, and has good services everywhere.
