Our services : By signing a research mandate, you entrust our company with the mission of finding a property on your behalf, corresponding to your search criteria, which will be detailed in the mandate, which may be granted with or without exclusivity.
Term of office : This mandate is granted for a period of 1 month. If the mandate is not withdrawn at the end of this initial period, it will automatically be extended for a period of 12 months at the end of which it will automatically end.
Our remuneration : Only if you buy via our services, when signing the authentic act. Our remuneration is inclusive of VAT (20% VAT included) and based on the NET SELLER purchase price. Our remuneration is 2% for goods of 1,000,000 euros and more and 2.5% for properties under €1,000,000 with a minimum of €10,000.
Payment terms : bank transfer.

Your right of withdrawal : Since your mandate is concluded outside of establishment, you can withdraw within 14 days from the 1st day following the signing of the mandate and until the last hour of the last day of the deadline. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it will be extended until the next working day. You can use the model withdrawal form attached to this document but it is not mandatory. All you have to do is notify us of your decision by sending us a clear and unambiguous statement by letter, fax or email. Since the burden of proof of exercising your right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for by law falls on you, we recommend that you use the form of a letter sent by registered letter with a request for acknowledgement of receipt. Exercising your right of withdrawal will end our mutual obligations to execute the mandate. The company will only begin to perform its mission at the end of your withdrawal period. You can, if you wish, ask him to anticipate his intervention without waiting for the end of this period. In this case, we will ask you to make an express request for it, either when signing your mandate or later. However, you will retain your right to withdraw as long as the Contractor has not fully carried out his mission.
Treatment of your data: Only authorized HOME SELECT personnel are likely to access your personal data. The data retention period is set at a maximum of 3 years. In accordance with European legislation RGPD and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, portability, rectify your personal data as well as the right to oppose, delete and limit the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons.
