Catherine makes a pre-visit and sends photos to her client: Robert quickly answers that this is exactly what he is looking for! He therefore immediately writes an offer below the price and organizes a visit for the next day, which confirms his interest. This time, the calendar is in Robert's favor since the May holidays are reducing the number of buyers on the market.
