What motivated this real estate project?

For several years, Béatrice has been renting an apartment located on Rue de la Convention: well settled in her Parisian life, she decided to go in search of her first real estate acquisition!

Béatrice's budget was consistent with her research, but the desired area and the 2 bedrooms contributed to reducing demand. In fact, on the 15^E arrondissement, it is more common to have a double living room with one bedroom (which, by the way, the young woman had...). Without work, and above all, without cutting back on the desired large living room, these criteria would be complicated to meet; on the other hand, in buildings built from the 1960s, this could be possible...

Why didn't Béatrice get the apartment she offered at the price for?

At the beginning, although Béatrice's instructions were to favor old-fashioned properties, the young woman quickly realized the realities of the market: she therefore agreed to extend the search to semi-recent buildings.

Thanks to this new criterion, Arnaud succeeded in finding a property, in a building from the 50s and 60s, located 5 minutes from Béatrice's house: seduced, the young woman immediately wrote an offer at the price. Unfortunately, the sale of the apartment was orchestrated by two agencies and the second had obtained a proposal a few hours earlier.
