What are the criteria on the initial search mandate?

In terms of the property, Mathieu and Zoé are looking for an apartment with a minimum surface area of 180m², with 4 real bedrooms. Serviced by an elevator, it must be bright, with beautiful volumes (ceiling height, beautiful reception, open kitchen or the possibility of opening it) .The search area is limited to the 1st and 2nd districts of Paris, even if the couple wants to extend it to the 3rd and 4th districts, insofar as they also know them well.If their budget is totally consistent for the research to be carried out, they benefit from a possible option: in case of We love it, they can complete the envelope thanks to the sale of their apartment current. How did research change?

After a few months of unsuccessful research, Lisa spots an ad on the Belles Demeures website, from a neighborhood agency in the 2nd arrondissement. She immediately calls and discovers that the property has already been sold. With a budget well below that of the couple, Lisa decides to talk to Mathieu who can visit the same day.

What is the description of the property found?

Located in a Haussmann-style building, with very high ceilings, parquet floors, moldings and fireplace, the apartment is completely in need of renovation. On the 4th floor, served by an elevator, it offers an unobstructed view of Place des Victoires, with a long balcony. With a surface area of 166m², it offers the 4 real bedrooms requested, a double living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room, separate toilets and a large entrance. And the icing on the cake, it is sold with a cellar!

Did Mathieu and Zoé position themselves right away?

Excited by the visit, Mathieu manages to get his father to come in the same day. With his approval, he immediately writes an offer at the price! The next day, Zoé comes to validate this choice! As the apartment was completely renovated, the couple brought in a family contractor to do an initial assessment, then brought in an architect to organize and carry out the various works.

After more than a year of research, Lisa was delighted with the conclusion of this case: it allowed them to keep the apartment (for their son) and to stay in their neighborhood!
