Agathe, Félix and their children have been living in Germany for a few years and have no immediate plans to return to France. However, they want to make a financial investment in the capital. Already owners of a studio in the 10th arrondissement, they would like to invest in a new property, in order to then be able to rent it.

As it is a main residence, the owner has taken care of the work, offering a first-class property, with a cellar (rare for small areas).


How did Agathe and Félix react?


After the visit, Gaëlle sent her photos and videos to Agathe and Félix. In the evening, they wrote an offer at the price, with a suspensive credit condition. Even if our hunter immediately sent it to the agency responsible for the sale, it was not sure that it was enough, because there were several offers at the price, during the day of visits...
But Gaëlle's tenacity was finally rewarded: on the phone with the agency, she insisted on the motivation of her customers, on the fact that they would obviously quickly come and see the apartment if their offer was accepted. A relentlessness that resulted in a countersigned offer 2 days later...
Agathe therefore came to see him before the signing of the promise of sale, to definitively validate her choice. Note that she also came back later to see it empty and better visualize herself.
