What were the other advantages of the property found?

It is a 2 room apartment of 33 m², located on 8E and top floor, with elevator, of an art deco building. Even if it is not in the old, it has a lot of charm! It is functional and well-arranged, without any loss of space, making it appear to be significantly larger than the area shown. In addition, it benefits from a balcony from which we have a view, partly panoramic, of Paris and its monuments. This rare property is extremely bright, with windows everywhere, ancient oak floors, high ceilings...

How did Rémi position himself on this apartment?
