How to overcome a real defect to seize the potential of the property?
After the initial apprehensions, Frédéric Girard played his role as advisor and explained the situation clearly to him: the water damage might seem significant, but it was entirely managed by the co-ownership, which was responsible for this condition. To reassure Adeline, he produced the documents attesting to his words, indicating that the work would be carried out by the building's insurance. What adjustments have been made?
