It is an old foundry, built on 2 floors, and presented in the manner of a loft: there is no doubt that it has a very nice stamp, which should seduce its buyers! Not to mention that the total surface is 170 m², for a total of €1,990,000: all the boxes seem to be satisfied!

Did the OBO company hesitate to position itself?

Immediately, Sophie submits the sheet of this property to the buyer's assistants, who decide, enthusiastic, to come and visit it. Our real estate hunter therefore calls his colleague to arrange an appointment: she is available immediately! Since the assistants can also free themselves, the Visit is organized in the wake : convinced of the potential of the local, they bring in their boss for the final validation. In a few hours, an offer at the price is made and validated! Although the property had been transformed into a loft for residential use, its destination had not been changed in terms of urban planning: there was therefore no no action to take at that level.
