The founding idea: a service that exclusively represents the buyer, with off-market access, negotiation expertise, and full support through to key handover. Our method
Each search begins with a detailed brief: budget, area, size, light, floor, co-ownership. The dedicated property hunter then analyzes 80 to 150 properties, pre-views the most relevant ones, and presents only 3 to 5 to the client. Thanks to a network of 10,000 real estate partners (agents, notaries, syndics, concierges), Home Select accesses over 100 off-market properties daily. The average search time is 45 days, with an average negotiation of 6% off the asking price.
Our commitments
Home Select operates on a 100% success-based model: the 2.5% fee (minimum EUR 10,000 incl. tax) is only due if the property is found. No registration fees, no deposit.
