Who can refer?
Any former Home Select, a property hunter in Paris, client who has signed a final deed. You can refer as many people as you wish, with no limit.
How much will I receive, and when?
€1,000 for every successful recommendation. The bonus is paid directly by bank transfer after your referral signs the final deed at the notary's office, within 30 days.
Does my referral also benefit?
They receive the full Home Select service: 16 property hunters, 45 days of search on average, 3 viewings are typically enough, and a 6% average negotiation on the asking price. The €1,000 referral bonus is reserved for the referrer.
Can I refer multiple people?
Yes, with no limit. Each successful recommendation earns you €1,000: three referrals who buy means €3,000.
I am an estate agent, can I introduce a buyer?
Yes, through a different route: our partnership for estate agents, which pays a commission once the transaction closes. The €1,000 referral bonus stays reserved for private individuals.
