How many properties does a hunter visit before finding the right one?
A buyer searching alone goes through more than 40 viewings. Our hunters do that filtering upstream and present only 3 on average to the client: the only ones worth their time. This is where the 45-day average search time is won.
What is the success rate of a property hunter?
At Home Select, 96% of our mandates result in a successful purchase. The rare failures come from changes in the client's life plans (relocation, separation) or criteria incompatible with the budget in a given area.
