Home Select takes 45 days on average between the signing of its mandate and the signing of the preliminary contract. The exact figure depends on how tight your target arrondissement is and how precise your brief is. In very tight markets (the 6th, the 7th, the Marais), it can stretch to 60 or 75 days; in more open arrondissements (the 11th, 17th or 18th), 25 to 35 days is typical.
