Our team
Home Select brings together 16 property hunters specialising in Paris and Île-de-France. Since 2011, the firm has acted exclusively for buyers and tenants: first-time buyers, families, investors, retirees, expatriates, buyers of exceptional homes. More than 1,200 clients have entrusted us with their search.

Choosing
Every search is handled by one named hunter, not an anonymous team. If you are buying from abroad, or would rather be looked after in your own language, here is who speaks what. Languages covered besides French: English, German, Italian, Spanish, Farsi.

Assignment
During the first conversation we pin down your areas, your type of property, your timeline and, where useful, your working language. Your search is then entrusted to the hunter whose expertise fits best: one dedicated contact from the first meeting to handover of the keys. Drawn to a particular profile? How it works
From the first brief to handover of the keys, every step is handled for you. You decide, your hunter executes.
A first conversation pins down your criteria, your budget and your timeline: that brief drives the whole search.
Listings, previews and off-market properties surfaced by a network of 15,000 agents, notaires and managing agents. First proposals arrive within 48 hours.
Your hunter visits first, filters out the disappointments and sends you a report with a commented video.
You only travel for properties that genuinely fit: 3 visits on average before buying.
Your hunter builds and defends the offer: 6% average negotiation on the asking price, measured across more than 1,200 transactions.
Checks on the preliminary contract, the surveys and the co-ownership documents, coordination with the notaire, handover of the keys and follow-up after completion.
Where we stand
Home Select is not an estate agency: it is a property search firm. Our hunters are instructed by the buyer or tenant, never by the seller, and take no double mandate on the search.
In practice, the team searches, shortlists, visits, analyses and negotiates in your sole interest, from the first brief to the final signature. That independence from sellers keeps the advice aligned with your goal.
The collective
Sixteen hunters cover all 20 Paris arrondissements and 68 towns across Île-de-France: a search that spans several areas loses neither time nor ground.
The Home Select network of 15,000 agents, notaires and managing agents surfaces at least 100 off-market properties a day. Every hunter searches with the reach of the whole team, not just their own address book.
Prices observed on visits, the pulse of each area, properties about to surface: what the 16 hunters see is shared, and benefits every live search.
Your contact stays single and dedicated, but never works alone: the method has been shared since 2011, and the team steps in whenever your search requires it.
Home Select is a member of the FCI, the French federation of property hunters, and holds the professional licence (carte T) issued by the CCI Paris Île-de-France.
