    Your hunter visits first, filters out the disappointments and sends you a report with a commented video.

    You only travel for properties that genuinely fit: Home Select keeps it to 3 visits on average before buying.

  5. 05 Offer and negotiation

    Your hunter builds and defends the offer: Home Select obtains a 6% average negotiation on the asking price, measured across more than 1,200 transactions.

  6. 06 Securing the purchase

    Checks on the preliminary contract, the surveys and the co-ownership documents, coordination with the notaire, handover of the keys and follow-up after completion.
