Tony arrived in Paris more than twenty-five years ago to study, and never left: he remains deeply attached to the city. He now knows Paris and its inner suburbs intimately, with particular expertise in the Hauts-de-Seine.

Having worked professionally in Brazil, he also guides Portuguese-speaking buyers, Brazilian clients in particular, through their purchase in Paris.

His career was built around property and wealth management. After a first experience in new-build real estate, he spent around ten years in wealth management, advising many clients on their wealth decisions. That double skill set, financial and property-based, led him naturally to become a property hunter, a role he has held with some ten years of overall experience behind him.

His added value rests first of all on rigorous property selection. After every viewing he studies the building management in depth, along with the technical and energy surveys, so that nothing is left open: the condition of the building, what the surveys really cover, the potential for improvement.
