How much do Home Select's services cost?
We offer two services. Exclusive (exclusive search mandate, full service): 2.5 per cent of the purchase price, minimum €10,000 incl. VAT, all budgets. Confidential (simple search mandate, reserved for projects of €2M and above): 1.5 per cent of the purchase price. Both are payable only on success, at completion at the notary's office. For rentals, the fee is typically one month's rent.
Which areas do you cover?
Our team of 16 property hunters covers the whole of Paris and the inner suburbs (Boulogne, Neuilly, Levallois, Saint-Mandé, Vincennes and others). We know each arrondissement and commune in depth.
Do you work with expats and international buyers?
Yes. Around 30 per cent of our clients live abroad. We offer video viewings, power-of-attorney support with notaries and fully remote assistance. Our hunters speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
How long does a property search take?
On average, 45 days from signing the engagement to choosing your property. The exact timeline depends on your criteria, budget and market conditions. We send weekly progress reports throughout the search.
