The Home Select method

Every search begins with a detailed brief: budget, area, floor area, natural light, floor, building. Your dedicated hunter then reviews 80 to 150 properties, previews the most promising and presents only three to five to you. Through a network of 15,000 contacts (agents, notaires, building managers, concierges), Home Select sees more than 100 off-market properties a day. Home Select completes the full six-step process in 45 days on average and obtains a 6% reduction off the asking price on average.
