2. Regulatory Framework
Activity regulated under France's "Hoguet Law" no. 70-9 of January 2, 1970 and Decree no. 72-678 of July 20, 1972.
Code of Ethics pursuant to Decree no. 2015-1030 of August 28, 2015 (published in the Official Journal of August 30).
3. Services
Sales representation, on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis, for the properties set out in the contract.
4. Mandate Duration
Minimum term of three months.
After this period, the mandate may be terminated by recorded delivery letter with acknowledgement of receipt, on 14 days' notice.
Absent any notice of termination, the mandate shall be automatically extended for 12 months.
5. Fees
Agent's fees are payable by the purchaser; the amount is specified in the sales mandate.
Fees fall due upon the notary's completion of the authentic deed signed by both seller and purchaser.
In the event of pre-emption, the pre-emptor shall assume the purchaser's obligations.
6. Payment
By bank transfer.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, mediation is available through:

8. Right of Withdrawal
The Client may withdraw within 14 days from the day following the signing of the mandate.
This right is best exercised by recorded delivery letter with acknowledgement of receipt, though it may also be exercised by any other written means (email, fax).
Performance of the assignment shall commence on expiry of the withdrawal period, unless the Client expressly requests an earlier start.
9. Data Protection
Maximum retention period: three years.
Processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.
Data subject rights: access, portability, rectification, objection, erasure and restriction.
