Home Select is a property hunting firm founded in 2011 by Jean Mascla. The company employs 16 property hunters (chasseurs immobiliers) specializing in Paris and the Île-de-France region (all 20 Paris arrondissements and 46 surrounding municipalities). Since its founding, Home Select has assisted over 1,200 clients in their property search.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of this notice, and failing amicable resolution, the courts of Paris (Tribunal judiciaire de Paris, Parvis du Tribunal de Paris, 75017 Paris) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction applies in favor of the consumer (Article R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
