Arnaud helped us find and close a beautiful apartment in the 17th. His style was very collaborative and never pushy, and took the time to understand our needs to very quickly make the process efficient. During the closing period, he was always available to ensure all the different parties required were aligned, including ensuring terms were well translated in areas where my French was a bit too rusty. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place in Paris to work with him. I have had experiences with others so have the ability to compare and Arnaud is just in another league.

Successful negotiation

I am Italian, my wife is French. We were living in Milan and wanted to buy in Paris for our return to France. The administrative barrier (Italian documents, translation, French bank remotely) seemed insurmountable.
