Mission accomplished
It is difficult to express how essential Catherine and Ladan were to our desire to buy an apartment in Paris. Buying any property can be difficult, but it is especially so if you do not live in France (we live in Texas). Catherine and Ladan made the process easy -- after a thorough initial interview where they really took the time to understand our wants and needs, they were off. Within just a few short months, they had "facetimed" tours of multiple apartments that fit our budget and goals. More critically, they didn't just present apartments, but rather, they toured and walked through the neighborhood and gave us their opinions and advice on not just the structure and the apartment, but the area and what "life" would be like in those apartments. In addition to locating the apartment, the entire sale process was made easy by them. And then post-sale, Ladan was absolutely AMAZING!! She helped us find a contractor and oversaw the renovations we were seeking. Her interior design skills also were unbelievable -- she stuck to our budget and helped beautifully furnish our apartment in the classical Parisian style we were seeking. We truly could not have fulfilled our dream without them -- and now we have a lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in the 16th that we (and our family and friends) love and use frequently.
