2. Regulatory Framework

Activity regulated under France's "Hoguet Law" no. 70-9 of January 2, 1970 and Decree no. 72-678 of July 20, 1972.

Code of Ethics pursuant to Decree no. 2015-1030 of August 28, 2015 (published in the Official Journal of August 30).

3. Services

Property search mandate with full assistance through to signature of the final deed of sale.

4. Mandate Duration

Fixed term of 12 months, with no automatic renewal.

5. Fees

2.5% incl. VAT of the net seller price (minimum: €10,000 incl. VAT).

Payable solely upon successful acquisition of the property, by bank transfer via the notary's office.

6. Payment

By bank transfer via the notary's office.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, mediation is available through:

8. Right of Withdrawal

The Client may withdraw within 14 days from the date the mandate is signed.

This right may be exercised by email to contact@homeselect.paris or by using the withdrawal form appended to the mandate.

9. Data Protection

Retention of personal data: up to five years following the end of the mandate, in line with TRACFIN obligations.

Data subject rights: access, rectification, portability, objection, restriction and erasure.
