Located in an old building, of good standing, the apartment is on the 6th floor (with elevator!) of a pleasant small co-ownership. Alone on the landing, its benefits are magnificent: beautiful parquet floors, beautiful moldings and several fireplaces! The apartment has a corner and offers a small curve on the 60m² living room that is not lacking in charm! With its 4 bedrooms, its separate kitchen, its bathroom (separate WC), and its entrance with a beautiful hallway, it has 183m². The only downside to this apartment was the noise level, when the living room windows are open, but as the bedrooms were quiet, Catherine, her mom and Alain's mom saw no inconvenience during the visit.
How did our client position themselves on the property?
At the end of this visit, Catherine, in full heart for the property, called Alain who, for his part, could in no way return to Paris for professional reasons: he therefore had to give his opinion on the basis of photos and videos. Also under the spell, and trusting completely in his wife and mother, they decided to position themselves on the property.
