The only downside to this apartment was the noise level, when the living room windows are open, but as the bedrooms were quiet, Catherine, her mom and Alain's mom saw no inconvenience during the visit.

At the end of this visit, Catherine, in full heart for the property, called Alain who, for his part, could in no way return to Paris for professional reasons: he therefore had to give his opinion on the basis of photos and videos.
