The idea is to force the owner to position himself before the first visitors return. A profitable strategy since he accepts!

Entirely to renovate, what did they finally keep?

On second thought, Clothilde and Boris will only keep the garden and the walls (some of which will be insulated from the outside): a quarter of their budget is devoted to the work, which they will have an architect target.
