While the budget is consistent, the location is extremely limited since it only covers the 9th arrondissement.


How is Nadine's research organized?


At the end of the telephone appointment, the two women organize a meeting with Nathan to orchestrate the signing of the mandate and go over the key criteria. Once officially requested, Gaëlle sets up the HOME SELECT application and activates her 9th arrondissement network. The idea is to look for properties and to be the first to visit them.


How did the first visits go?


Thanks to her contacts, Gaëlle gets a visit to an off-market property with very good potential once the work has been done. Located in the 9th arrondissement, with its own condominium, it costs €10,500 per m², which is reasonable for the sector. But, despite the bargain and the attractiveness of the apartment, Nathan and Nadine do not want to follow up, because since it does not offer a good view, they do not feel good there.
Gaëlle quickly understood that it was necessary to focus her search on warm and pleasant properties to seduce Nadine, just like looking for a main residence. She even manages to know that they can slightly extend the budget envelope for a “crush”, while remaining reasonable.

Unfortunately, the living room is too small: Nadine is used to living in a certain space, so it is essential that the layout of the property be well worked out — namely, a small bedroom, but a larger living room.
The next visit immediately seduces Nadine: a condominium in the process of being redone, a living room of 20 m² and a small bedroom. But as Nathan was only able to free himself the next day, the opportunity passed right under their noses! In fact, the real estate agent in charge of the property received an offer at the price from the first day of marketing.


How did Gaëlle find Nadine's future home base?


One morning, Gaëlle receives a call from one of her contacts: he has just received a new file that Nadine and Nathan may like. Without waiting, our real estate hunter blocks a visit and informs his customers.


What are the advantages of this 2 room apartment?


In the 9th arrondissement, Rochechouart district, the apartment belongs to a small old condominium. If it is located on the 1st floor of a corner building, it is extremely bright, as it has a lot of windows overlooking a street with a small hallway. With a surface area of 40 m², it houses a kitchen with glass roof, which communicates with the living room for a total of about twenty m². Completely redone, it is displayed at a price slightly above Nathan and Nadine's budget, but remains consistent with the surface area greater than that requested.


Did Nadine have a crush?


Just with the photos and the address of the property, Nadine is already very excited about this apartment, even evoking a crush! The next morning first thing in the morning, interest was confirmed! Presented off-market, they leave the visit and sit down at a café to write the purchase offer. As the proposal is at a price and is the first, the file is immediately accepted!


Was there work to be done?
