What is the description of the property that Marie remembers?


In a superb luxury freestone building, in the area requested by Alice, the apartment is on the 2nd floor and offers three rooms for a total of 45 m². The living room, overlooking the courtyard, with a completely redone American kitchen, is 11 m², but the adjoining room, in a row, is 9 m² and can be used as an office.


How is the negotiation going?


Marie immediately calls her client to show her the property and ask if she wants to go and visit it. A few days later, the two women discovered it together. When she leaves, Alice wants to make a counter-visit with her stepdaughter the next day.

In the meantime, our apartment hunter discusses with the real estate agent in charge of the file, to find out if there is a small margin for negotiation on the price. It's May 9th! A few days later, her husband came to see him: he found the apartment small, considering their residence in Metz, but Alice remained firm in her decision! On 23 May, the compromise was signed and, at the end of June, it was the turn of the final act!


Did she have to do some work?


Apart from changing the locks, extending the kitchen worktop and furnishing it, she will be able to move in in July, as planned!

Of course, by avoiding taking out a loan, it is possible to reduce the sales process from 3 to 2 months — which allowed him to benefit from these few days to find Alice's property.
