Located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, it has high ceilings and a nice kitchenette. Wishing to make his mark on it, Gérard seems rather delighted to discover it with its unusual layout: in fact, as soon as you enter, there is a shower and a sink, which will force him to reorganize it.

Was the negotiation favorable to the purchasers?

During the visit, Ségolène realizes that Gérard easily fits into this studio. So much so that he organizes an immediate Face Time with his wife, who stayed in Saumur, so that she could also give him her impressions. When he returned to Saumur, they discussed it together and decided to formulate an offer, which was immediately sent to the agency by Ségolène.
